Apalachee Farms HOA dues are $900 per year, due on 1/1 and late on 3/1 with a 10% late fee.

Residents can register at the Management Company Website www.atlantacommunityservices.com for access to their HOA accounts and to make online payments. 

Checks can made payable to Apalachee Farms HOA and mailed to Apalachee Farms HOA c/o ACS, PO Box 1028, Commerce, GA 30529.
