ACC Requests

Please remember if you are planning to make changes to your home or yard, you need approval before you start the project. This would include changing your paint color, cutting trees, adding a fence or pool, etc.

The ACC Guidelines can be found under the DOCUMENTS section of this website.

To submit a digital ACC Request, you must be registered at the ACS Member Portal https://acs.cincwebaxis.com, (use your house number as your account number for registering), once logged in click on the ACC Request tab on the top menu bar and complete the online form and hit submit. 

This could take up to 15 days, so please submit your request in advance of scheduling your project, please upload photos and/or drawings, and provide materials related to your project. 

The ACC Committee will digitally review and approve all requests, you will be able to see live updates online at the above ACS owner portal and will receive a formal letter by email or mail after approval.
